Lendager Group

What Bespoke logotype, display typeface
Who Lendager Group Architects
When 2019 & 2020 Logotype for Lendager Group, based on founder and architect Anders Lendager’s handwritten modular letters, doodled on drawings and notes. Every letter is based on the same shape, which is being reorganised and reused, the same way that Lendager upcycle and reuse building materials as part of their circular philosophy and practice.

The logo was drawn in 2019 in close collaboration with graphic designer Rasmus Hetoft and Anders Lendager. A year later, Lendager Group asked me to expand the logotype into a full fledged disaply typeface for use on publications. Again, based on the same principal shape, but in the typeface expanded with angular shapes and closed counters, in order to make distinctive lettershapes and strengthen the overall legibility.
