The aim was to have a clean and clinical look, with typographic details, reminiscent of technical drawings and annotations. For every product, I created a flowering icon, to spark some joy, in a grey and white univers.
To further soften up the clinical-ness of it all, I paired the graphic design with public domain paintings by the French post-impressionist Henri Rousseau (1844-1910), which underline the products natural origin and their relation to something wild and mystique (CBD) which is just now getting the deserved recognition in the cosmetic field.
